This is where the details are finalized. I present initial sketches, discuss material options (species of wood, finishes, hardware), and provide a detailed, fixed-price quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the design and begin the build queue.

The wood is milled, the joinery is cut, and the piece begins to take shape in my Amherst, NH workshop. I provide scheduled photo/video updates so you can follow the progress of your custom piece.

Once the piece is complete and finished, we coordinate the final delivery or professional installation at your home. The remaining 50% balance is due upon client satisfaction and prior to installation.

I conduct a final walk-through with you after installation to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Should any minor touch-ups or adjustments be needed to ensure full satisfaction, they will be addressed promptly. I will also follow up after 30 days to ensure the piece is settling in perfectly.
